Description of Mineral Holdings:

The claims are in good standing and the company proposes to survey and cut a grid, complete a VLF survey, and implement a 2500 metre diamond drilling program on the Mart Lake and Sunday Lake graphite property in 2006.

Nature of Mineralization:

The Mart Lake deposit is a highly folded quartz, biotite, graphite schist including probable reserves of 10.5 Mt. of graphite ore with an average grade of 16.4% carbon and a stripping ratio of 0.9:1.

Exploration History:

In 1990, test pits exposed graphite schist bedrock which was drilled (17 metres) and blasted. In 1991, diamond drilling involved 600 metres and samples were sent to CANMET, Graphicor Resources Inc., and Asbury Graphite Mills, Inc. for carbon analysis and beneficiation testing.

In 1999, samples were sent to the Mineral Research Centre in Quebec City for additional beneficiation testing resulting in an average grade of 17.3% carbon on diamond drill hole MME-91-01.

In 2000, extra samples were sent to the Mineral Research Centre in Quebec City and Vancouver Petrographics Ltd. for carbon and flake size analysis. Also in 2000, the Company acquired more claims which involves two additional properties located in the Sunday Lake area and the Carol Lake area. The 2000 exploration program focused on the Sunday Lake property with road construction, reconnaissance surveys, sampling and diamond drilling. Further sampling and diamond drilling is required, as well as beneficiation testing in order to determine the potential commercial aspects of the property, especially for fuel cell production.

In 2001, samples were forwarded to Vancouver Petrographics Ltd. for thin section analysis and samples were sent to Asbury Graphite Mills Inc. for percent carbon and flake size.
